Every file will receive a basic, automated file check

Every file will receive a basic, automatic file check. When you place a file in the Designtool to create or upload your design, your file will be checked for the most common errors:  

• File dimensions
• RGB colour profile

You will receive an error message if something is wrong on these points. You won't be able to continue the order process before fixing these errors.
Not all errors will be detected during this automatic control. Some examples are bleed, transparency, colour ranges, missing fonts, .. 

Caution! We are not responsible for poor print results resulting from non-optimised files.
